Please note that no reservation, at Singita’s discretion, is confirmed or secured by the company until such time as this deposit requirement has been met.

    • In the event of any reservation being cancelled, irrespective of whether such cancellation is done by the company or the client, the following cancellation fees are payable by the company to Singita:

      • Group Reservations
        Singita requires, within 45 days prior to the arrival of any group, final rooming lists and full payment for all contracted services. The aforementioned cancellation fees remain payable by the company to Singita, irrespective of whether payments have or have not been received by Singita.
